Santa Day at Hay House: A Holiday Visit in Macon

The historic Hay House at 934 Georgia Avenue turns festive on November 21 and 22 with Santa Day, a favorite way for Macon families to kick off the holiday season.

Santa Day runs Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Visits are by appointment, so check the Hay House calendar and book a time before you go.

The mansion is one of Macon's best-known landmarks, which makes the visit a nice mix of tradition, photos and a little local history for kids and grown-ups alike.

After your visit, families are welcome to relax at Overtyme Bar & Grill at 2455 Pio Nono Ave. Let the kids settle in while parents enjoy a break and a good meal after a busy holiday outing.
